The entire transaction was smooth, and the service was excellent. What stood out most was how responsive they were. I had a few small items barely going over the fill line, so I sent them a photo, and they quickly reassured me there would be no extra charge, and there wasn’t. Highly recommend.”

And during the cancellation process over the phone they promised a full refund, with no mention of a 50% cancellation fee.
