“Overall, Republic Services has been reliable and consistent for our area. Trash and recycling are picked up on schedule almost every week, and the drivers do a good job making sure bins are emptied properly and not left in the street. Customer service has also been helpful whenever I’ve had a question or needed to update service—they’re polite and usually resolve things quickly. The only reason I’m giving four stars instead of five is that occasionally there are small delays or missed pickups, especially after holidays, but they usually come back the next day or make it right without much hassle.”
