“We have had A&A sanitation at our current location for almost 12 years until the owner retired this last month. Republic bought them out. Republic said they’d keep the price at the same for the next year and I thought all right I’ll give them a shot. They had their first pick up of trash today. Instead of the trash going into the truck where it’s supposed to it is all over my front yard. No one bothered picking it up. They just left it spewed all over my front yard. Never in 12 years has that happened at my current location nor did it happen ever for the last 25 years at my old location. I tried calling them at 5:10 PM and received an answering machine that they’re closed and you cannot leave a message for them nor do they have any type of after hours call for problems. Looks like I’ll be shopping around.”

“I have been trying to get a mattress, that was scheduled for Monday, picked up. It is now Wednesday. I have called probably 20 times since Monday to get this resolved and was told it would be picked up Tuesday. Nada. It will be picked up Wednesday. Nada. Now I am told it will be picked up Thursday! This happens far too often with this company.”

“For whatever reason they don’t seem to be able to pickup recycling. They pickup the regular trash. This is happening to everyone on my street. Their customer service is often rude, being short and cutting you off. This happens too often.”

“Even after calling to complain that my trash was MISSED YET AGAIN this past week, and them giving me a measly ALMOST not even 15 dollar credit, they missed it YET AGAIN today! Ive had it with this company, raise my bill more and more for them to continue to NOT pick the trash up and make me wait til the following Friday bet your bill won't be paid on time cuz yall can't pick my trash up on time! Ridiculous!”
