“Appreciation for Angie's Highly Qualified Service I’d like to share my experience. I had a very poor customer service experience with my previous sales rep, Alice. For almost a year, she was giving me a hard time: I kept getting charges that weren’t even mine. They were picking up the wrong trash, serving other addresses, and billing me for it. It was frustrating and stressful, and I was on the verge of leaving the company after being with them for about 15 years. But then Angie became my sales rep in Sacramento, and she completely turned things around. Angie sorted out all the issues, made sure I no longer got incorrect charges, and for the past year, I’ve had a great experience with no headaches. I really appreciate her professionalism and knowledge. I’d recommend hiring more people like Angie who truly understand their job. Thanks to her, I stayed with the company, and everything is smooth now. Thanks a lot!”
“Spoke to one of the guys picking up backyard trash on the extra trash day that they run and these guys were amazing and deserve Cudos - the guy I spoke to said his name is Adam Jones and one of the other guys he said was Oscar - there were a couple others as well - we are very appreciative Republic!-”
“Terrible service. No one answers the customer support phone number after 20 minutes on a weekday morning and then the system hangs up on you. They miss our house repeatedly. The website says they will come back out, but they just wait until next service day. They treat customers in the country like they don't matter, but still charge ridiculously high rates. If I could get ahold of someone who would help, I wouldn't need to leave a review on here!”
“Republic service sucks. Their customer service is non-existent. They have missed our pickup day for the past 3 weeks. We are filing a formal complaint with the city. Never use this company they're awful.”
“I would like to thank the people at Republic Services. (I forgot the nice women's name) who had helped me. Who was able too get our time moved up for drop off for dumpster rental. I appreciate them for moving some stuff around in order for that to happen. I as well like to thank the men or man who's dropping dumpster off. Although there was some confusion and miscommunication about the drop off time. Thank you again, for all that those who helped make it happen at republic services. You didn't have to move time and could've left at time I was told after a phone call this morning. Thank you again.”
