“I ordered a dumpster from Sourgum on May 7. It didn’t come until May 8. When it arrived, DumpsterPros of Savannah brought the dumpster and hit my house. Today is June 4 and all the repairs in my home have not been completed. DumpsterPros agreed to take care of all damages per Alex Sapp but have failed to do so. They sent a roofer who decided to pull out a Budlight beer in my driveway after he repaired the damaged roof. Yet, my motion light is still damaged and hanging and the inside of my ceiling is cracked from the impact. Both companies keep passing the buck and the job is not completed. The communication has been horrible. I shouldn’t have to keep calling, emailing and texting to get things done. I will NEVER order from Sourgum again and definitely not DumpsterPros of Savannah.”

“1 star is gracious. Ill make this short and sweet. My experience with Sourgum seemed pleasant until I get a phone call saying the dumpster was never delievered. I got email confirmation and everything but physically no dumpster was ever delievered. The recording say their business hours are Mon-Sun 7am-7pm. No one answered the phone or called me back. Do not use this company.”

“SOURGUM SAVED ME! Now let me save you from wasting hours, drowning in the sea of data from online reviews. Let my honest review, below, be your lifeboat- hop on, read on and spare yourself from trying to navigate through those murky waters. Us regular folk- meaning everyday citizens, not contractors or industry workers, tend to rent dumpsters for the big moments- the really exciting ones, like preparing for a move, and the really sad ones, like cleaning out after a loss. Both ends of the spectrum, but somehow, they feel equally stressful. When you roll with Sourgum for your roll-off needs (see what I did there?) the very first thing you can crumple up and throw into your rented dumpster are all your worries. Sourgum takes care of them for you. Some examples of wasted worries you might have, which in this context I like to refer to as “worry waste”, include: - Time: You get 14 days in your base rental! AND if you are like me and struggle with time management, you can request extensions for just a couple dollars each extra day. I know this first hand- I needed 2 and 1 was last minute (yikes). They accommodated no problem and didn’t make me feel bad about it either. - Money: Out of all the many online quotes I did, Sourgum gave me the best price for the most value. You are charged one flat fee no hidden charges and payment and scheduling online is super easy. - Scheduling: Easily done with their online calendar. They will work with you no matter what your situation. They dropped off and picked up on schedule proving to be reliable. - Customer Service: Excellent and responsive customer care. Always pleasant interactions. I should know, Like I mentioned before, I had to make a few requests (yikes). Such a relief to be taken care of efficiently and without judgement. - Dumpster Placement: The drivers they sent me for pickup and drop off were professionals who clearly know what they are doing. They were nice guys and pleasant to work with. Tip 1: If you have a neighbor who parks their car across the street from your driveway, politely request they park elsewhere just for pickup and drop off days- I did this the night before drop off. Unfortunately for me, my neighbor left for work and forgot to move his car and took his keys with him by accident too. His car made the drop off almost impossible, BUT the driver didn’t give up. He figured out a way to maneuver that big 30 yarder around in limited spacing. I learned my lesson for the pick up and all went smoothly. Tip 2: Put boards down to protect your driveway and plan out in advance where you want your dumpster to be, don’t waste the driver’s time. My 2 drivers were awesome!
