“Horrendous Initially delivered dumpster at wrong date, a full week before it was needed. Fortunately was there to send them away. At scheduled time no dumpster was delivered and assured me it would be delivered the following day. Following day came and they told me they would update me on status of dumpster, after not receiving any update hours later called several times trying to reach them and they were no longer answering my calls. Overall, incredibly unprofessional. Considering reliability is probably the most important attribute for a dumpster rental company, use this company at your own peril.”

“Do NOT use this company. Called several times to come pick up the dumpster, was told they were busy and other excuses. Had to call three different times for someone to come pick up the dumpster. Not only that, but much to my surprise a few weeks later I get an email and they charged me another 90 dollars for what? Well, your guess is as good as mine, I was never called and told there would be another charge or what the charge was for just received an email. Even after I sent them an email, I still never received a response. I live in Shelbyville, and this was the first time I went with this dumpster company, and I NEVER again will get a dumpster for them.”
