“2nd time I used bin there dump that, and it was three years after the first time. So happy I did, still was a great experience from start to finish great customer service awesome drivers, very friendly and professional. For three years to go by and still have that consistency says a lot for your company.”

“I rented this dumpster, I believe it was the 13 yd size. The initial transaction was fine. However it was placed in my driveway crooked so encroached on my neighbors driveway. My contractor also couldn't open one of the doors because of the way it was positioned, it hit the steps if they tried to open that side all the way. Obviously they did not check to make sure the doors opened all the way. When I called about the poor positioning I was told I would have to pay $125 for them to come out and straighten it out. I was appalled as this was there error not mine. I sent pictures but they said it looked fine and would not even come look at it. He offered to just pick it up (empty) and remove and not charge. Well we already had put things in it from a bathroom reno so that was unacceptable. The only positive was that they put wood down underneath the wheels to protect the driveway which is why I used them in the first place. Would not use them again, nor would I recommend them due to their horrible customer service.”

“We reserved a dumpster from Bin There Dump That in May when we were gutting our house. We closed on the Friday before MDW and wanted to start gutting it that weekend. I called the office Friday afternoon and a dumpster was in our driveway by Saturday morning. The drop off and pick up was seamless and the customer service was even better.
