“We have used them several times and found them absolutely reliable. I appreciated their short-notice accommodations and prompt responses. What I didn’t realize at the time was that I was actually contacting the owner’s personal phone. I had searched my old messages from years ago to find the company we used. Later, when I shared my positive feedback and tried to mention a few minor issues we had encountered, I again had no idea I was texting the owner personally - I don’t even recall how I got that number. Before I added video evidence to illustrate the issue, I hadn’t even seen his first reply to my lengthy message listed the good experience and some minor issue. After I sent the information, he called me and started yelling, insisting that I should only contact the business number during business hours because he was trying to put his kids to sleep. I had no intention of interrupting family time; I am very conscious of time, and the only reason I reached out on a Sunday night was that my kids were asleep and I had some extra time. I did not expect, nor did I request, any immediate response. He could have simply ignored it until the next business hours, or clarified that this was his personal phone and he would respond during business hours, as it was not an emergency. This behavior was completely unprofessional and unnecessary. I was simply trying to provide honest feedback and share evidence of a minor issue, yet I was met with shouting and intimidation. Well, thank you—now I know exactly how he reacts when someone offers honest feedback”

We really questioned if everything would fit in the truck but Jamar did an awesome job. They are really honest guys. They remove the furniture from wherever it is in the house which was a huge weight lifted off my parents who are moving. It was a great experience and I would recommend them to anyone who needs junk removal.”
