“Do NOT rent from this company. I’ve never had an issue with a dumpster drop off at my home. (This being my third experience in 5 years.) But their delivery trucks are very wide and cumbersome. It’s hard to imagine that any driveway in New York City proper would be wide enough for a smooth delivery. Same square footage of previous dumpsters (10 yards) I’ve had before. The owner made absolutely no effort to explain potential issues with a drop off in a very typical Bronx residential neighborhood. And only after the arrival explained that overhanging cables would be an issue per the height he’d need to raise the truck attachment to the dumpster. Also, placement in front of my driveway would require a permit as it technically would be on a NYC public street. When I tried to cancel, the owner said he’d still have to charge me a delivery fee ($175) though the dumpster was not “delivered” at this point, it was still attached to the delivery truck in the street. The owner has a terrible attitude. Kind of guy that wants to teach you a lesson, because clearly, he’s doing you a favor. His tone drips with a 1000 year old misogyny. The truck driver himself was a kind soul. Ya definitely pity the guy working for a real spoiled brat.”

“Terrible experience. I was told a dumpster would be delivered between 1-4. The delivery guy called me and told me he was coming to drop it in 20mins. I wasn’t home at the time but only a few minutes away and told previously I didn’t need to be there. When I got home, there was no dumpster but I noticed grease and rust stains on my driveway from what appeared to be an attempt at delivery. Confused because I had no dumpster and no missed calls. I called several times and when I finally got a call back, as the dumpster was needed for a renovation job, the owner who took my Amex number was unapologetic, when I asked why no one had to called to tell me there was an issue and none would be delivered. When I asked him why he didn’t call to tell me, he insulted me and hung up. Very unprofessional. I was tempted to call back and curse him out but I, unlike him, have class. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY AT ALL. To the owner- learn some respect before life humbles you.”

The communication I have had with management and employees (usually the truck driver), is very decent. The price and charges have been explained ahead and that is very important to avoid discrepancies. Everything is clear. That’s appreciated it.”
