“Our restaurant has been cooperating with their company for almost 10 years. I think that as long-time customers, we should be treated preferentially, but that's not the case. They frequently fail to collect the garbage according to the schedule stipulated in the contract, and they often inexplicably fine us for no reason. When we contact customer service, they don't resolve the issue. When we contact the agent, we can never reach them; we only get their voicemail. When I suggested canceling the collaboration, he threatened me with the contract, saying I would have to pay a penalty of 1200. When I suggested canceling the contract, he threatened me with a contract clause demanding a 1200 yuan penalty. I just want to run my shop properly. I always pay your company's bills on time. It's not that I don't want to cooperate with your company; it's that your company doesn't allow loyal customers like me to stay with you. My neighbor's trash can is also from your company, and their lid never closes properly, yet I've never seen you fine them. My trash can lid closes, but I'm being fined because a few cardboard boxes are stuck in the lid. I think this is unfair. Your company doesn't collect the trash on time. When I contact your company to request trash collection, you keep making excuses. You don't follow the contract, yet you demand that we do. I think this is exploitation. Aren't you being so arrogant because you know we've signed a contract with your company and can't cancel it? But I can tell everyone I know and all my friends: please don't join this company. This garbage company is absolutely terrible.”
“Worst customer service ever. Complete lack of accountability. Last week their trash truck demolished my can. It's clearly not functional. I have been trying to get it rectified since 1/28/26. The company has completely ignored and lied to me. When I did eventually get hold of someone I was told the replacement was coming today, 2/3. I called today to confirm and was told no replacement until 2/9. They also refuse to give me the direct contact information of someone to hold accountable. And I already sent an email to the "Customer Care" email address, so don't tell me to do that. Fix your mistake!”
“The worst customer service ever . my recycling was supposed to Be picked up on Friday due to Thursday was a holiday. They never pick it up. I called Friday supposedly they did a work order to pick up today Monday, January 5, 2026. They never showed up. I called and the guy attending tells me they do not service willingboro . I told him republic picks up my trash and recycling every other Thursday and he keeps telling me they do not service willingboro. He just keeps telling me there’s nothing he can do. Republic has been servicing willingboro for a couple of years now. I wish I could give a zero star”
“5 stars for consistency… consistently waking up my entire household and the rest of the condo building up at 3:10am twice a week. They consistently make a ton of noise, shine a bright light into our windows and then leave the industrial recycling bin in front of the garage exit, blocking cars from being able to get out… they are in violation of the noise ordinance and I will be calling the police next time. UPDATE: I have been emailing back and forth with Republic services for two weeks and they deny being our service provider even though I have shown them pictures of their trucks with their name and logo, time stamped for 3:10am. What kind of business is this?”
