“In summary, the guys was Johnny on the spot for getting the dumpster there, however charges were much different than what was discussed. Don't give this guy your credit card without getting a very detailed description of charges. Full story below. Called them when I was in a pickle due to another company not providing the services I was promised. Guy arrived in about an hour, I was ecstatic. He told us the dumpster could hold 10k lbs. Our first load went off perfectly, driver even said that when he brought the dumpster back. 4.5 tons, it was perfect he said. When he returned to pick up the second dumpster, he said we were too heavy and we had to pull some of the debris off. We did and he took that load as well. Before he left, due to having to pull the debris out of the dumpster, he said he'd bring me the dumpster again, at no cost for the dumpster, just the debris in it. I thought that was pretty nice since I was now going to have to keep the excavator I rented an additional day. Said he'd be back by 10am. I called him at 1030 since I hadn't heard from him. He apologized and he had a nail in his tire and would be there shortly. He arrived after 12 and we loaded the remainder in the dumpster again. I received all invoices for the dumpsters today, the next day. Now, today he's telling me each dumpster had a load capacity of 2 tons. So each dumpster had a $70 per ton overage charge. My $700 dumpster cost me $1500. When I called him he told me that I was wrong and he told us his truck could only lift 10k... Ridiculous. He also said that the terms and conditions that I agreed to stated that the dumpsters are charged at 2 tons and $70 a ton over. When I explained to him that the emails with terms and conditions were emailed the day after the dumpsters were used, he said he wasn't sure when I got the emails.”

“After waiting 5 business days, for another company to deliver a dumpster, I called Queen City. I had a dumpster within 2 hrs. After busting it, I called back and again, within 2 hrs. it was pickled up. I know who to call for next project. Will Not recommend anyone else.”
