Bin Pro Dumpster Rental

“We rented a bin from these guys. I get an email saying that we still owe a balance on the container we rented back in October? I give the office a call and ask why i have a balance for the dumpster and we were informed that we have to pay for the tonage and dump fees we were under the impression that the rate we were given was the rate we going to pay and that was that. The reason we chose these guys is because they are a small company like ours. If we had known we had to pay for everything we would have just used a bigger dumpster company. Im not saying that you dont have to use them but we are not. If I have to pay for the dumpster rental and the dump fee it makes no sense to for me to use a company like this. Maybe just give customers a flat rate everthing included and take the entire payment at the beginning of the rental instead of breaking it up into 2 payments and telling the customer that they have to pay for everything when collecting the second half of the payment.
