“Cowart Hauling provided the dumpster for our roofing contractor who took two chimneys down to roof level for us. I spoke with Cody while he was picking up the dumpster full of rooftop chimney bricks and found out that he can do inside demo. He provided a written bid and had the work scheduled and completed quickly. We had him removed one chimney from roof level down to the attic floor level. He removed the second chimney completely, all the way from roof level down to the bare concrete floor. A large portion of the heavy concrete blocks had to be hand carried two at a time a long way through the tight attic space to an out-of-the-way attic opening as the chimney tops were now covered with a new roof. They also removed buckets and buckets of mortar and broken chunks of concrete tossed down the chimney stack possibly as fillers in the original build. Cody and his co-workers arrived as scheduled for this two-day job and made sure the work areas inside our living space stayed clean throughout the job. Pictures give a better idea of how much work this was. Cody and his crew (one being his dad!) are not afraid of HARD work and had a positive attitude the entire job! The cost was fair and reasonable!
