“This has to be, hands-down, the most unreliable and unprofessional company I've ever had the displeasure of working with. As a Project Manager on a major construction project, I shouldn't have to beg and plead to have our dumpsters swapped daily. I've tried to set up recurring swaps - doesn't help and I end up calling anyway. So I now call them personally every morning, taking valuable time out of day, and I'm met with excuse after excuse. Every day it's something different. I shouldn't have to stare at full dumpsters for 9 hours before they "might get by there today." It is to the point where they are holding up production and wasting money. We are searching for a replacement currently. So if you're looking for a company that never picks up your trash on time, costs you time/money/effort, and will give you excuses instead of action, this is the company for your trash needs.”

“Company came today to empty our trash and only one out of three trash bins We're empty plus left 2 trash bags in the middle of the road. This would be completely Unprofessional and unacceptable”

“I've had nothing but horrible experiences with this company. The only thing they took consistently was my trash, but they would let my recycling sit for weeks at a time. Also when they would empty the bins, they would carelessly place them in the street! When we added yard waste close to 2 months ago, that's when it got worse. The whole time we had yard waste, they NEVER picked it up. I called each week for 4 weeks and each time they told me they would send out a truck that day to get it. Which not surprisingly, never happened!! The customer service reps just give you the run around and only tell you what you want to hear and never actually do anything about your problems. I finally got so fed-up with being charged for yard waste and never receiving the service, so I canceled all my services with them and demanding a refund! Awful, awful service!”

“I have had this company for a little more than 2 years, it has been a horrible experience. They missed my pick up day (Thursday) constantly, I called in the next day MULTIPLE TIMES asking them to come pickup and am told they will. They never come so I go all weekend with full trash cans. To make things even worse the last time this happen the customer service department told me they didn't even have a record of us calling in to report they had missing our trash! So not only do the truck drivers not do their jobs properly either does customer service. We canceled our service to say the least. Be smart, chose another company.”
