Affordable Container

Most recently I used them at a vacant rental house – they dropped off and picked up the container when they said they would, definitely have the lowest price in the metro area, and the gal in the office Was so friendly and nice! “My experience with Affordable container was great until it came to pickup, they were prompt and on time to drop off, also great with explaining pricing. We had for almost a week and scheduled pickup on a Wednesday, we were going camping on that Wednesday so we gave ourselves a day before pickup to finish cleanup around the house. We were out running errands and got a call from home stating the driver was outside and couldn’t get into the drive way. We had our car in the street because the dumpster was in our driveway which we were going to move before pickup. So we turned around and came home by that time the driver had managed to manouver around the car and started to load the dumpster. I went to the side of the truck waved at the driver who looked directly at me, so I could try and see why they were picking up early. He turned away and finished loading the dumpster and drove away. I was frustrated with how this was handled I called and spoke to Jessica almost immediately, she said she was going to call the person in charge of the truck to see what was going on and said she would call me back. Needless to say this has been over a month now I have called at least 20 times and left about 5 messages I’m starting to think they are screening my calls...hopefully not. I know one day doesn’t seem like much but this left us with a bunch of tree branches in our back yard that we now don’t have the capabilities to haul away without paying someone.”

“delivered a container after I had cancelled it. Charged my card. dumpster sat for over 3 weeks after multiple calls to get it picked up. then received a text from the owner saying it was picked up today. I thanked him for responding and said it was indeed already picked up. he in turn went to reply to somebody else however replied to me instead and said "I text the bi*** back and this is what she text me back". very unprofessional. come to find out, it was the owner who sent the message. good to know how he feels about paying customers”
