“Two times in a month they have not picked my trash up and when I call they say "the driver made a note it was not out" or "the driver didn't see your bin" crazy cuz I got video of it being put out by me both times Sunday evening. And like, if your drivers cant see this on the side of the road how would the see a person or animal? Probably shouldn't be operating such a large vehicle if their vision has not been corrected. Don't worry. They will have plenty to pick up next week, ill be sure of it 🫶🏼”

“We have THE best drivers in the town of Douglass, KS!! They’re ALWAYS on time, extremely polite, they take care of our residential property as if it was their own, and they leave our dumpster areas clean and free from debris and trash so our town remains clean and esthetic!! I thank all of the drivers at Waste Management who get up super early every day, work in ALL the elements of the weather, work in a less than sanitary and thankless job environment, and go home smelling less than desirable all on a daily basis!! WE THANK YOU & APPRECIATE EVERYTHING YOU DO FOR OUR LITTLE TOWN OF DOUGLASS, KS!!! 😊”

“We had Air Capital until they were taken over by Waste Connections. Service is fine, but I am being billed $69 a month. I printed off the invoices to look them over better to make sure I am not mistaken. I just paid 11/19 and I received an invoice today saying my next bill for $69 is due 12/01. That to me is $69 a month, right? I am not paying that much for monthly pick up. WC will have to explain to me why I am getting monthly invoices when I should be paying quarterly. With Air Capital there was no confusion and I was charged senior rate since I am 72, but WC seems to not honor the senior rate. I could be wrong, but I want to know why I am getting monthly statements. This is why I do not like doing auto pay because this sort of thing happens each & every time. WC billing department is not friendly and will not take the time to explain to a new customer their way of billing. I'm going to give ICT Trash a call and see what they can do, but they will probably be taken over by WC or WM soon.”

“I’ve had repeated problems with Waste Connections in Wichita. They often leave my cart tipped over, sometimes miss pickups entirely, and their billing is inconsistent. When I called customer service, the representative I spoke with, had a poor attitude and frequently talked over me. Their policies also seem inconsistently enforced, and it feels like they pick and choose which issues they address. One incident that stands out, about a month ago, they tried to pick up my cart even though I had paid for my service and had not requested cancellation. If I hadn’t been outside, he would have taken my cart, which I was still paying for. When I stopped him, he simply said, “Just call the office,” leaving me confused about why he was trying to take my cart in the first place. Overall, Waste Connections in Wichita is poorly managed, and these problems suggest internal issues that need serious attention. I canceled my service and do not recommend this company if you value reliable service, consistent billing, and clear communication.”
