“Horrible service / truck guys just seem to be getting worse and worse. Its just too much for them to throw away 1 little half empty 3 pound box completely taped up for ease to throw in the truck real quick, while we get to deal with them constantly not putting our cans back, breaking the cans, dumping trash all over the ground out of their truck or missing the truck littering everywhere, dumping hydraulic fluid all over the ground of their poorly maintained old trucks (EPA is getting notified), and their sloppy looking trash guys blaring music so loud it interrupts people working in their homes. Horrible trash company, use Waste Management or someone else as we are switching too. 🙄 Location at the neighborhoods by Red Stone Park in Highlands Ranch.”

“I have been working with them almost for 6 years.They have good customer handling techniques, they appear always on scheduled pickup days and time, inform any change on pickup days and time prior to service day and their prices are also affordable. The driver is approachable, helpful and friendly. He also deserves 5 points.I am happy to be with this company.”

“They started off decent. When we first moved in they offered to pick up five bundles of boxes for free, which was a big help, but we just moved so we still had more. They said they would pick up one extra bundle every two weeks for free. In September, they started charging $3.50 per extra bundle. Now they wont pick them up at all, driver just left it in the street after somehow managing to break the twine. When I called to complain they said it's always been like that and told me I have to call 24 hours in advance if I want any boxes picked up. They keep changing the rules and the story and blaming their customers, not a great way to do business. I will be seeking an alternative, more consistent trash service.”

“The worst company I have ever dealt with they pick up my trash partly sometimes they promise to come back they don’t they give you a hard time to give you a credit when they say they give you a credit they give you a hard time like they’re doing a favor to you. I am disgusted with this company. I spoke with Kerry today. She promised me that they will come and pick up my trash. They never did. Don’t do business with this company is the worst trash company in Colorado.”
