The customer service Rep, Naara was such a wonderful person to work with. She was able to handle any situation with true Southern Hospitality! Way to go! Make sure she gets a raise for everything she does for your company to make customers like us feel like we are all humans and not robots! Good job and thanks Naara!

Put my trash bin and a rug on the curb for pickup. The rug was picked up, but a card was attached to the bin saying it couldn't be emptied because it was facing the wrong way?!? So the rug could be picked up and a note could be attached to the can. You laid hands in the bin to attach the card, why not just empty the bin? Never thought I would experience a passive aggressive trash service.

Unfortunately, our experience with Frontier Waste Solutions has been frustrating and disappointing, especially when considering the cost of service. The trash cans themselves are oddly shaped and do not hold as much as standard containers, which leads to frequent overfilling. Despite this, Frontier is extremely strict about lid position. If the lid is even slightly open or the can appears full, they will tag it with a notice instead of servicing it. This creates unnecessary problems for households with normal weekly trash volume. Pickup times are highly inconsistent. Trash may be collected at 8 AM one week and not until 1 PM the next. This lack of predictability is especially difficult for residents who work overnight shifts or need to put their trash out in the morning. You are essentially forced to leave cans out far earlier than necessary just to ensure service. Bulk pickup is another major drawback. Unlike our previous provider, Frontier does not automatically schedule monthly bulk trash service, even though they are already in the neighborhood. Customers must pre-schedule bulk pickup, which is often booked a month or more out. Frontier also requires advance approval of items, with a very limited list of acceptable materials. Requests are frequently declined. To further complicate the process, Frontier requires customers to upload photos and provide detailed descriptions of each bulk item before approval. What used to be a simple, customer-friendly process with our prior provider has become unnecessarily restrictive. Most concerning is that the cost of service has increased while the quality of service has noticeably declined. For a basic utility, the combination of higher pricing, rigid rules, inconsistent pickup times, and burdensome bulk service requirements is disappointing.

Wow. I’m impressed!!! They accepted everything that I put out and swept up debris without my asking. Kudos to the bulk waste team that Serviced Dimrock today. Our new trash contract is with Frontier Waste Solutions. Good job team. Enjoy the snacks I provided 😇

I live in the City of Schertz and our city recently switched over to FWS. I don't know who thought this was a good idea. They only pick-up recycle 2x's a month which makes most residents throw the majority of their recycling in with the normal trash. God forbid you purchase a new TV and place the box neatly on the side of your recycling trash can becait doesn't fit. When you get hime that same box wil be waiting on you when you return from work. FWS has it set up to where the driver NEVER leaves the comfort of the vehicle. Which means if it doesn't fit in the can it's on you to dispose of. I think the CEO of the company is out of touch with waste disposal. As long as it's placed neatly next to the cans it should be taken. Our last waste disposal company would pick up TV boxes and boxes to large to be broken down and put in the 2x's a month recycling can. This is also our first Christmas with this company. With all the wrapping and gift boxes to dispose of created a logistical nightmare for several residents. You'd have to break everything down and it would take 2 weeks to get rid of everything based off FWS pick-up schedule. I will be bringing this up to our city's Mayor. Several residents are unhappy with the service which I understand is now higher in cost than our previous waste disposal service. FWS 😡👎
