“Before I say anything, getting out of this facility was a complete hassle due to the extreme lack of space. I came to pickup a load and they told me to drop my empty trailer into the loading dock then pickup a full trailer. There was barely enough space to even close the doors to the full trailer due to the concrete wall right behind me. I couldn’t pull up because the trailer was parked super close to another one. And pulling out would’ve crammed the edge of the open trailer door along the other one. When I scaled out to leave the facility, they told me I was “too light”. I was completely on the scale. After barely being able to maneuver myself on the scale, they told me to drop off the full trailer I picked up into the lot around to the side, and to come back and pickup the empty trailer I dropped off which was being loaded. Barely any space to drop off the second trailer as well. I came back and picked up the first trailer that I dropped off and had to maneuver into the scale once again. All of this to transport some trash. Never coming back.”

“Entering location pull right into scale, provide pu #and they will assign a door. That's bout the best thing about it. Very very tight area to get into dock. Try have trash(recycling) everywhere. While getting loaded I watched 2 other trucks attempt to back in and get out and hit their piles off recycling. They definitely don't care about drivers having the room to get in without incident. Proceed with caution and if possible have other drivers aid you in getting in and out.”

“This place has done a complete turn around transportation wise for the truck drivers that go and pick up bales from this facility. Upon arrival I notice that the lot was 100% clearer which makes it easier for the driver(s) to maneuver and back into the dock unlike before. When I safely backed into the load dock I was done within a matter of 20 min. Greatly appreciate the hard work, energy, and effort from upper management all the way down to the loaders ( everyone on staff ) that has made this place a more desirable location. Keep up the effort.”

“This is a fast friendly place. I have been stck waiting to be loaded for over 4 hours at most places. Not here i was in and out within 45min. Everyone said hi when they saw me and they had a guy constantly cleaning. Thank you. Being in this business i dont get to see and be around friendly people anymore. Most places are all business and the people there seem unhappy.”
