“Ill never understand why this facility has good reviews at all with the way they treat the residential area around them. You are planted in a neighborhood. Treat the streets that people live on, and the residents with a little bit of respect. Clean up all the garbage consistently cluttering around your facility, repair the roads your trucks destroy, stop blocking the streets for residents to access. Common decency does not exist with these people.”

“I ordered a dumpster thru this company. When i ordered it I was not told about the 10.50 charge for using my credit card. The dumpster was scheduled for pick up this Monday. I called to confirm that it was on the schedule for Monday to be picked up. I have animals and unable to close my privacy fence due to dumpster being in the way. It was never picked up. I called Tuesday and was told that the truck had broken down and it was on the schedule for that day between 12 and 3pm. The dumpster is still sitting in my yard and no phone call from the company to let me know that they weren't able to pick it up. I have been calling the company all morning and NO ONE is picking up the phone. Customer service is a must when you are working with the public. Externally unhappy with this company and will not be going thru them again when a dumpster is needed.”
