Interacting with her I can tell she loves what she does. She kept saying that she is on the side of good -- that she wants to do good for Republic as well as the customer. “Do not recommend. We have called so many times after noticing and random charge they were trying to charge. Customer service guaranteed us and "put a note" on my account saying to not change it. It got changed anyway. We called again. They said sorry and said it would be refunded back to my bank account. It has not so we called and they said I "have a credit". Then why did I receive another email saying I'd be charged again. Customer service would not listen when I said amount due does not mean a credit. Also it was supposed to go back to my bank account and not be credited. 5 called deep at this point with customer service. Likely will cancel with them.”

“My brothers trash can and recycle can were both stolen. We couldn't believe someone would do something like that because his trash can was totally full of nasty garbage and trash. People are disgusting. I called the trash company to report it and to ask for replacement cans. The first lady I spoke with said they would cost $75.00 each. I asked to speak with her boss because my brother is a disabled veteran and could not afford to pay that. A different lady came on the phone and saw that my brother had been using Republic Services for over 40 yrs and always pays his bill on time. She said he was a valued customer and that there would not be any charge for the replacement cans. ❤️ My brother keeps his cans on his locked enclosed porch. He doesn't want them stolen again”

“I have been calling for over a month to reconcile a billing/account issue that I was originally told would be taken care of and no luck. No answers, prolonged hold times, and no call backs. My account is now considered delinquent and I still cannot get a hold of anyone to assist. I came into the physical location and even there they could not help me. Poor service all round”
