Back in November, they reached out with a special offer, and even though we weren’t ready to book at the time, they were kind enough to honor that deal for us in January. That kind of customer service really means a lot. Scheduling was super easy, delivery was smooth, and I love that they call to let you know when they’re almost to your location—such a thoughtful touch. Pickup was just as easy to arrange. We especially want to give a shout-out to Joffrey W. He was an absolute delight! It’s rare to meet someone who truly seems to enjoy their job, and his positive attitude and helpfulness went above and beyond. We’re not fully done with our clean-out yet, and we will definitely be booking with them again soon once we figure out what our additional needs will be. Highly recommend Bin There Dump That for anyone needing a reliable, friendly, and professional dumpster rental company!”
