“The people were very friendly. They took me in right away and I got Immediately reimbursed for the scrap material.”
“They have engineered the smartest scrap yard design yet, making it very easy to navigate by simply displaying actual arrows pointing to where they want you to go next! No confusion or constant questioning if I'm supposed to be where I'm currently standing. They maybe owned and operated by the same Wall Recycling in Raleigh but, they have totally different vibes: the lines are usually shorter, the prices are sometimes higher, they're lenient when it comes to wire pricing, but they will close early by a few minutes if nobody is in line, so go early!”
“Front desk was nice but the entire place moves slow as a snail. Literally none of them have any idea what they are doing. One person tells you go here. Another tells you go here and then someone else tells you go here. All while the workers moving the scrap are all rude as can be and make up abitray rules like how and exactly where you're vehicle can be parked. Literally wasn't even worried about the money just wanted to be eco-friendly and try and recycle some old car parts. But after waiting for nearly an hr and going through the scales twice I felt I should've have gotten money but at the end they sent me to the scrap pile and sent me away with nothing. Massive waste of time. Don't spend anytime coming here unless you have an entire dumbster full of scrap. Literally ridiculous place. All of the workers need an attitude adjustment. I should be able to carry my pile of scrap and drop it off and not have to wait an hr and drive my truck around your facility the entire time. Do better.”
“Rented 2 porta-potties for a memorial service. I specifically ordered hand sanitizer and was billed for hand sanitizer because of the nature of the event. I arrived at the venue to find no hand sanitizer in the potties. Called customer service twice after the event to complain and to get my money back for product not delivered, and was told both times the manager would call me back to resolve. Both calls have gone unanswered by the manager. Eager to take your money, but not willing to reimburse for their mistakes!”
“Came here to get a few bucks for some scrap metal I had around the house and yard. 1st time and last time I will come to this location. They hold on to your drivers license at the office as standard policy. Little Did I Know.... They gave my Drivers license AWAY TO THE WRONG PERSON. So my day has been wasted Waiting for them to Figure out How To Get Me My ID back. They were not sorry or even willing to apologize. I tried to be cool with it. BUT now I'm stuck there for hours waiting on a solution to my problem. No updates on how or if I was going to get it back. Didn't want to drive around without an ID and deal with this mess. So I decided to write this review with my spate time. I know mistakes happen. But at least care about your errors and don't leave a situation unclear. I will follow up my review with the out come if anything comes of it. Feeling Let Down....”
