She is amazing, she handles any issue, if they arise, quickly and with great customer service. I will continue to use them as long as she stays with the company.”

“Would like to leave 0 stars, Worst customer service I've ever experienced! Canceled service over 3 months ago, yet Republic still sending bills! Dumpster sitting empty and they won't pickup, just keep sending bills. Spend hours on phone just to get transferred from person to person to person. Different runaround everytime, yet nothing gets accomplished! I'd recommend any trash service over Republic Services!”

“Absolutely terrible quality service. If I could give them 0 stars, I would. On the regular, bins are knocked over and in the road after they have gone through our neighborhood. You can definitely tell when republic has come through to collect trash, because your bins are never perfectly back where you left them. If you are sick of them and their trashy service, we have switched to waste works, and recomend it to everyone.”
