“So, I am from a different city and I needed a garbage container to clean up my Grandparents home. I went to several websites to compare prices but being the Gen Xer that I am, I needed to talk to a real person to make sure I was getting my money's worth. I made several calls after most's business hours and the only one to pick up the phone was Taylor from Kern County clean up. When we spoke, I told Taylor we needed the bin for a residence, and he responded by giving me the size container that most residential customers order. It was a fairly big size container which I thought would be sufficient for the clean up job I had to do. However, on the day I was to receive the container (bin), Taylor informed me he had a bigger bin and that he would give it to me at no additional cost. Thank God he did because I needed every bit of the space in the bigger bin. The smaller bin would not had sufficed. Now, my scenario might not happen again because Kern County Clean Up is a business and it needs to pay its bill like the rest of us to stay a float. I wanted everyone to know the reason I gave them 5 stars. They gave me a great price, were honest, on time with the delivery, allowed me a few extra days to make sure I completed my job, flexible and communicative throughout the whole process. I am telling you before you go with anyone else call Kern County Clean Up. In today's world it is hard to find honest people who won't up sale or give you some inflated sales pitch on why you need to buy something more expensive. Thank you Kern County Clean Up.”
“Super friendly and quick response! I called left a short voicemail and immediately got a call back. I explained what I needed and wha project I was working on. He offered me multiple choices and gave me a perfect recommendation. He didn’t try to overcharge me and the price was great for the dumpster size I rented. I asked how soon could the dumpster be dropped off and within 45mins they delivered the dumpster and I began emptying out my house. I called and said I was finished and they came and hauled it away. Best decision ever! Highly recommend!!”
