“LRS dumpsters and just be aware of the extra cost due to weight. I ordered from this business because of the business name, and it had good reviews except one with no feedback. Miguel was helpful and always communicated well via text since it was easier that way.  I am doing a rehab of a building, so I ended up getting five dumpsters, one thing I do like about the website, it is the price that is up front, I would have appreciated more time since there is a time limit for pickup that is basically 2 days after dropping it off.  I did find another place that was cheaper, but since Miguel was helpful, I decided to keep switching the dumpsters from a full one to an empty one.  For the most part the driver did not have a problem dropping it off except a Saturday, the new driver did not want to drop it off and said it was hard, finally he did drop it off but had to ask him to do so. The one thing I did not like was how long it took for me to get an invoice for the extra weight. It was over 900 dollars for the extra weight. I got this invoice about two weeks later, I would assume the weight would be given in a couple of days after dropping it off, but it did not.  So, it cost me more than anticipated due to weight, and since I can not weight the dumpster, it did not seem much that I could do about that large amount I paid extra. So be aware that you might get a bill or invoice from LRS recycling for the weight, and just so you know, the dumpsters are from LRS anyway. As for today the container includes 5 tons of waste and every extra ton after that is 75 dollars, and this is for the 30 cubic yards and of course the price can change so just keep that in mind when you rent from here or any other place.”
