“Vine has great rates and you can keep the dumpster for 2 weeks by default (most places are just a few days). The dispatch staff is very friendly and helpful. That's the positive. If they can't guarantee a newer dumpster, however, go somewhere else. At least one of their older ones (and according to one of the drivers, several of the older ones) has a broken wheel that will scratch whatever surface they put it on. I tried putting down a board, per their recommendation, but it just got pushed out of the way since the wheel doesn't roll, and I wasn't going to stand there trying to hold it in place.”

“I didn't rent a roll-off dumpster, but my neighbor did. The driver that delivered it, drove in my yard and tore up my grass. Keep in mind, this big truck drove on the top of my main water line. I called and voiced my irritation; I was told some one would call me back...heard nothing. Then, a driver came and picked up the dumpster. They drove through my yard again and tore up more of the grass.”
