“Drop off was prompt, and when the size I needed was unavailable, the price was adjusted accordingly. Pick up was a day late, however without any communication about besides a late evening text saying it would be picked up the next day. When it was picked up, a large item we threw away fell off (removed?) and was left behind to block my car. I didn't receive any communication about whether it was overfilled or if this piece wasn't allowed for whatever reason, or if it had fallen. All the trash depicted had been in the bin, but I assume it fell. I wasn't contacted about it and instead was left to find it after pickup. Edit: Owner reached out to apologize about what happened after this review was left, so it's nice to know they care, and didn't charge for the additional day that it was left.”
