“Please, for your own good, DO NOT use this company - they are crooks and liars!!!! A salesman name Joey came to sell us their service for $210 out the door per month, and with the agreement that in 6 months they will cancel the contract!!! 6 months went by, they’ve raised the price to $280, called them several times to ask about the bill? They said the sales person will call back…. 3 months later and 15 calls to the sales man Joey as well as 20 text messages, NO ANSWER. no one to talk to when you call - they just say he will call back. SCAM SCAM SCAM - please keep away.”
“I’ve been with JJ’a for over 2 years - service is awesome. Monica my new rep was very helpful with helping me with a new lock for access of my property! They ALWAYS call right back when I need them!!!”

“I met with the sales representative on numerous occasions. She was very helpful & very detailed with explaining the service agreement. I am now a JJ’s customer. I am most happy that I will not be paying the additional fees like I was used to paying with my previous provider!!! They charge a flat rate plus tax ONLY!!!!!!”
“Not honest!!!! Was told one monthly fee and it has gone up with out my knowledge. I checked my records and have never missed a payment even in the customer portal it shows all payments and still there is past due amounts that continue going up. Will definitely be moving on to a more honest company. Service cancelled”
