“If I ever need a dumpster again, I'm going with JBL. I couldn't be happier with the experience. First of all, the dumpster rental process was completely smooth and hands-off. I made my reservation online, which was a very simple process. Delivery was also very easy. They gave me a heads-up call about 15 minutes beforehand, but I wasn't awake to accept it (at 7:15am!). No problem; they delivered as promised. They placed the dumpster exactly where I wanted it - right in front of my garage. Pickup was the same - first thing on the last day of my rental. (My driveway was cleared out in preparation for both events, so please make sure to do the same!) On top of the smooth delivery and pickup, their pricing was completely straightforward and reasonable. I paid the sticker price, plus a $75 delivery fee to Bloomington. My total was lower than any of the local competitors for what I needed. Overall, working with JBL is a straightforward, no-hassle experience and I would gladly rent one of their dumpsters again.”
