“Run… don’t walk… as far away from this company as you can. I received a dumpster rental on Friday, Sept 10th to my renovation property. The delivery was supposed to take place at noon, but instead they showed up two hours early when I wasn’t home. They did call to say they had arrived, and then they proceeded to not only get stuck in the mud requiring a tow, FURTHER destroying my lot, they also managed to run over and break my main well pipe… which is 1.5ft underground. It was marked with a blue wire cone and they rammed right over it. Had they come at the scheduled time while I was actually there, it never would’ve happened. Water pressure that evening was very low, but I assumed it was an electrical problem. It wasn’t until 7am the next morning when I walked outside that I realized what had transpired. My 2.5 acre lot was under water. When I called Gorge, he took zero responsibility and his exact words were “We had to pay 500$ for a tow, your well pipe is not our problem.” The new pipe and drain field were 3,000$ and we were without water for four days. To make matters worse, we were scheduled to have the dumpster Friday to Friday. No one came to pick it up and no one called. When I called they said Monday. No one came Monday. When I called again they said Tuesday but didn’t know a time. Please note, due to placement of dumpster, property damage and flooding, I was not able to drive my vehicle passed the dumpster for 11 days. I had to walk, many times in the rain, 400 meters to get to my house. This company is A JOKE. I have attached photos, including police report.”
