“Relatively poor service and pricier than alternatives. They drop off and pick up well, but won't work with you if your window of usage ends up being shorter than you initially purchased. Or negotiate to work on a second dumpster. Rather than discuss me swapping my full one for another one for another 3 day, they went ahead and just sent me a $413.50 quote for the second dumpster randomly? This is above any of their listed prices online. (website says range of prices is $315 to $409 depending on location, so they seem to just make up pricing on the fly--nowhere on their site does it say prices can be above this range). Given these strange pricing circumstances and their overall demeanor, I recommend alternative services in the area that are significantly cheaper and easier to work with. I highly recommend the other 10 companies who offer this service with substantially superior communications, clarity of pricing, and general approach to customer service in Columbus. I called several others after making the mistake of working with Dump a Box, and found their pricing and communications much more clear, respectful, and overall just better customer service.”
“I have cleaned out so many places and rented dumpsters --- this is now the 2nd week I have had this Affordable Dumpster Rental ( I was finished with it the Saturday before last) - I cannot use my driveway or get into my garage the way it is parked -- I have been advised that no guarentee is made as to pickup... so I guess I am a holding area until they need it back. I have called at least 20 days and no one can help me as they all work from home and cannot call the sister company they obtain rentals from (this company is out of Tampa Florida and is only a phone service. I finally it was promised it would be removed today - no one has picked it up - I called again - now it is promised that it will be removed tomorrow. Don't agree to the contract until you see a precise pick up time -- also it is raining so all things inside will be weighted down by rain - driving up the weight and cost....Do not rent from these people under this contract --- the amount they charge can be beaten by other more reprible companies. Has been such a headache since October 22, 2025.”

The dumpster arrived on time and was placed exactly where I asked for it to be put. I needed an extra day, and Randy was awesome about allowing that to happen.
