“They've got to be the stupidest people on the planet. I've been calling for a week trying to get bulk trash picked up. Since last week, ive encountered several people not being able to decode THEIR OWN calendar to be able to give me a firm date. I've had several people from customer service reps to SUPERVISORS tell me multiple days and to keep putting stuff out. The bulk folks have never come on any day they mentioned. Mind you, I've pulled this crap to the curb and back to my garage multiple times based on the information they gave. I honestly cannot believe how stupid they are. Its embarrassing and I'll be actively advocating for their removal in my community. This isn't the only issue.”

“When republic started in Rowlett, Texas I didn’t like the idea of what they were telling us and how they were changing our services. I asked questions about what we do with recycling as its well known only 10% of Texas actually recycles. now that their service is a couple months in place and my trash is constantly not being picked up when i have more bags than can to put it. when you go online to try and get a hold of somebody all you get is a Chatbot. Honestly your service in my area sucks. When you announced you were coming to town i asked questions that i never got replys too and the community you service deserves better. Funny the questions i asked are the same ones i seem to be having issues with now. Lets review: Please note You staff less people on routes You stopped the weekly bulk pickup. My trash isnt picked up like it has been prior to your services. It appears you charge more and i get less How is that a service? ** if there is a rowlett location i will gladly move my post to their site**”

“In Murphy TX. We had a big ice storm and there was no pickup for a week. Understandable. We were told they would be doing bulk pickup the week after to catch up. So the following week we had double the usual amount of trash and recycle that didn’t exactly fit in the bins so we piled it next to the bins. They emptied the bins and left the pile on my front lawn. It’s still there today. They’re lucky there’s not many competitors that actually do a good job… yet.”

“One Star - Broken Promises and Wasted Time. Avoid. I showed up for a scheduled load, ready to work. Instead of being loaded, I was told they didn't have enough product and to just "come back tomorrow." No real apology, no urgency, just a shrug. I made the mistake of trusting their promise. Despite seeing other negative reviews mentioning similar issues, I gave them the benefit of the doubt. Big mistake. When I returned the next day as instructed, it was the same story—excuses and no load. They completely failed to keep their word, costing me a full day of work, revenue, and fuel. This is clearly a pattern of poor planning and disrespect for drivers' time. Their word means nothing. If you're a carrier or an owner-operator reading this, take my hard-earned advice: Avoid this location if you have any other option. Going here means gambling with your schedule and your paycheck. They do not respect you or your time. I've learned my lesson and will not be returning.”
