Best Trash

“Stephen was great. The company he represents…. Ehh not so much. They told me I would be receiving my trashcan Friday march 6th. It never came. I called the following Monday (today) & Stephen was so much more helpful than the last individual I spoke with. He went to look for notes on why my can wasn’t delivered & there weren’t any updates at all. Shameful. This company is trash. No pun intended. I mean… look at the way they treated my trash can. Dude broke it completely & had the nerve to sit it at the base of my driveway for me to discover. Insult & injury right? Just disrespectful. That’s okay though, now I meet them every morning they pick up trash. Stephen, you deserve better my guy.”

“My trash can wheel was busted when I retrieve my can. So I contact HC MUD 157 to express my concerns. Janice whom assisted me was very very helpful. Explained to her the issue and she resolved it immediately. She is getting me a replacement within the week. Didn’t have to battle with calling all day, they answered, resolved and grateful, Thank you 157”

“Since this company has taken over residential trash it has gone downhill, they are hard to get ahold of, prices keep going up, and they stop taking two trash cans that i bought from them and originally contracted into my plan. I now am unable to put 2 cans out, the plan has inccreased by $40, service has gone down, and servicing has gone down to less trash for more money. I was happy when it was residential trash it was reasonable, reliable, and now i have less of everything. I left waste management because they were so expensive now this company is more expensive now i have to find a new company. I tried to stay loyal but it is hard to overlook their consistent indiscretions…. Mind you i gave them mulitple chances here is one example they missed my trash once but because they were going to come again that week they did not credit me just stated they would pickup any extra trash not picked up! This last time they said i had wrong cans in their video, of which i sent them picks asking if the residential trash cans were not allowed i bought both from them when i joined, they said they were fine, but i am only allowed one 50 gallon can now?!?!?! I said ok but why did they not at least pickup one can? Neither were full in the least bit. They stated they could do a one time two can pickup to make up for it?!?!?!? They made the mistake and i am being treated like i am being done a favor… Good way to treat and keep a long time customer, no thanks i will be doing my search and changing companies. This picture is condensed i added two bags to one can, i originally had 2 bags in one and 4 in another by accident i usually only use and fill one but not this time, so i took them both out and when i brought 2 more bags and was bringing them back in my yard i realized they were not picked up…”
