“Beware doing business with this company. I had rented the 30 yard dumpster with an initial price quote of $375 for up to 1 ton included and $75 charge per additional ton. I was aware that I have more than one ton of debris and I have calculated that the price was still a good deal compared to most other companies that had quoted me. Delivery and pick up was prompt and went without a hitch. Once the dumpster was on the truck, the driver informed me that their trucks are equipped with scales and my dumpster is actually 5 tons. I didn’t get to see the reading or get any printout from it. I got a call from their office that I need to pay for the additional charge and when I got my receipt, there was an extra $175 environmental/clean charge added to my $300 over the limit charge. Nowhere in their service agreement that they had me signed or on their website was there a mention of an environmental fee. They are not upfront Or transparent about their pricing at all. I will never use their service again.”
