“On a Friday afternoon, my dad and I decided to make a trip from the Boerne area to Austin to pick up a truck from a dealership. We visited Alamo City Trailer Rental's website, where we easily found the perfect trailer for our needs thanks to the detailed information provided. We selected one of the PJ B5 Super-Wide trailers. Checking the trailer's availability was very straightforward. We then called Danny, who was extremely helpful and provided us with all the necessary details. He assured us that we could pick up the trailer that same day and informed us that we would be assisted by his father, Sonny, upon our arrival at the pickup location. When we arrived at the pickup location, we were warmly greeted by Sonny. He promptly led us to the trailer we had reserved and, without us even asking, graciously assisted with hooking it up. He provided a thorough rundown of the tie-downs, ratchets, and winch that came with the trailer and offered helpful suggestions on setting our trailer brake controller. Sonny was very friendly and chatted with us while ensuring all the necessary paperwork was completed. He also explained the refundable deposit process clearly. The truck we were picking up was a lifted 2012 Silverado 1500 with 35-inch tires. Upon arriving at the dealership, loading the truck onto the trailer was a breeze, thanks to the excellent maintenance of the trailer and its accessories. The trailer was a dream to tow and perfectly suited our needs. Danny and Sonny were both fantastic to work with, and the rates were incredibly reasonable.
