“Lisa Adkins was the 6th person I talked to that finally had some answers and knew her job. Lisa was very polite and easy to talk to. It is sad though that it took me 2 weeks, 3 calls that were picked up and hung up on, 5 reps that kept transferring me to be told they could not help me. I am very pleased with talking to Lisa, the rest of your company not so much. 5 out of 6 reps had no idea how to do their job and your drivers are lazy. They will not get out of their trucks to grab the garbage that falls out of the dumpster and blows across the neighbors and my lawn. Then you raised the price to a ridiculous amount. I switched to a garbage can and your company is charging me as much for a can per month as my neighbor pays another company for a 2 cubic yard dumpster a month. Since Republics has taken over Mooring Disposal, your employees have lost the majority of my community. You need to hire more people with a work ethic like Lisa.”

I spoke with Lisa Adkins (account manager) and she was able to lower the pickup price service, but not the environmental fees (from 239% increase to 210% increase).
