“Greenway has always provided reliable drop off and pickup, but I was delighted to find out that they are willing to go above and beyond when it is possible. I scheduled a last minute pickup before an event knowing it may not get picked up on time. Ashley called me back letting me know she was able to fit me into their schedule. While I know those things aren’t always possible, it is nice to know their customer service team will take extra steps. Thank you!”

I didn’t have to worry about sitting on the phone and staying hold, or leaving a message and hope the right person heard it. The dumpster showed on the day I needed. It was smaller than what I needed, but that was as my fault for not going with my gut and getting a bigger one. The dumpster was picked up on time and everything went smoothly.
