“I’ve learn to count on the reliability and flexibility of my Route Driver Darrell, who operates Trk#654. I routinely attend a weekly Bible Study session before 10am on Tuesdays mornings. And I generally run additional errands while already out. Having my Can emptied and back on the curbside before I leave the house is a Huge benefit to me. Darrell makes that happen 99% of the time. (The other 1%, a fill-in driver 🤣). His pickup time keeps my can from being the LONE can on the curbside til 3pm+ exactly when my neighbors begin to give me the side-eye 😂. “Arnold, our South Carolina waste and recycling driver consistently goes over and beyond in his work. He is always pleasant, approachable and greets everyone with a genuine smile. His patience truly stands . On a very hot summer day, my nine year-old son who has recently taken an interest in doing kind things for others made a small goodie bag for him with cold water and fruit. He not only waited for him, but listened attentively as my son explained what he had prepared. I tried to hurry things along, but seeing Arnold take the time to respond kindly and watching my son walk away beaming said everything about the type of person he is. In addition to his kindness, Arnold is consistently professional. Our cans are always placed back neatly and with care, which we greatly Appreciate.
