“Tried to work with Shanon, there was a misunderstanding with our contractor and Miller Dumpster Service, when I called to try and have the situation resolved, I have never dealt with such a rude or disrespectful person ever in my life. Tried to explain the situation to him, he would not let me speak, spoke with a very demeaning tone. I would not recommend this business to my worst enemy.”

“It’s very disappointing how on a daily basis people are asked to be kind but this business was absolutely unable to do that. Kindness is the bare minimum you can give especially in the customer service field. However today my friend called on behalf of family to get some things situated and was cursed out by staff! Absolutely appalling and disgusting. Definitely will never use this business. Tread carefully.”
