“I have paid for a trash service that I have not received. It’s going on 3 weeks of no trash pick up. Will be disputing the auto pay credit card charges with my bank since services were never rendered. Will also be filing a complaint with the BBB as a fraudulent company. When I spoke with the company this week they assured me my trash would be picked up and they have not followed through. They made the excuse that they have acquired new companies and routes. Honestly, that’s a ridiculous excuse. If you had any logistics or planning background you would be able to properly plan for these changes in service. All of this is in addition to recent price increases and fuel surcharges.”

“Have misses me once a month for the last year. Most recently sent a letter (3 weeks ago) changing my trash day. Have not gotten a pickup since then either o. My regular day or new day. Was in formed by American waste the letter was a mistake, my pickup day had not changed and they would get me Tuesday (they did not show then either) they would not discount my bill or make a retrip without a fee. Service canceled. As left on my voice-mail Tuesday, you no longer have permission to charge my account.. since I can't get a call back, please come get my 3 weeks of trash and your can???? Edit: still no pickup, it's been a month. I'm assuming you've abandoned the trash can. Edit 2.0 a week later... 5 weeks with no pickups. I guess I'll haul it off myself. Edit 3. Canceled service weeks ago. 2 months of no trash collection.. I just received another monthly bill.”
