“Driver showed up at 7 AM my husband went running out to move his truck driver clearly saw him and he drove off!!!! They were supposed to come last Friday showed up this morning and dusted even though my husband clearly was moving the vehicle. I spent 35 minutes on hold yesterday trying to get a customer service rep. She was nice but first pick up first service and very poor service indeed. Now the garbage sits until when??! Really? So Monday I will call and what sit on hold forever again??? Very dissatisfied new customer Hartland VT”

“The more companies that they buy the worse their service becomes. Too big to care. Do yourself a favor and go with one of the smaller service companies, even if it cost a little more. Casella is not worth the time or aggravation...”

“In Wilder I just had a Casella truck block the corner on route 5,by the community center. Going around him I had near miss collision: I told the operator not to park on the corner because he almost caused an accident . I had to stop behind after the corner to get his plate . He said f…k you. Dangerous driver.”
