Del came out very quickly to assess the situation and gave me a very reasonable quote considering how difficult it would be to remove. When he came out again he also spotted another tree that had cracked and was about to fall and demolish my shed and fence, so I asked them to take care of that one to (again, in a very hard to reach spot).
