This was my first time ever renting dumpsters, and I wasn’t totally sure what to expect. I ended up needing five 30-yard dumpsters for a large clean-out project, and the entire experience with Arrow Waste was outstanding. Amanda was incredibly helpful from the start. She answered all of my questions, walked me through the process, and made sure I understood exactly what to expect. Alicia was great as well — both of them were responsive, friendly, and genuinely helpful. At one point, I thought I would need four dumpsters, then requested two more, and ultimately landed on five total. There was a small, brief mix-up when I changed the order, but it was handled quickly and professionally without any hassle. The drivers were fantastic too. When one dumpster was accidentally placed in the wrong spot, the driver was back within 10 minutes to fix it — and he was extremely friendly about it. They always called ahead to confirm placement because they clearly understand how important positioning is during a big project. That level of attention makes a huge difference when you’re trying to work efficiently. It’s rare these days to find customer service this good. I would absolutely rent from AeroWaste again. Thank you to the entire team for making a large project run smoothly!

My old Sanitation company was bought out by Arrow Sanitation recently. I was paid up till April 2026 with the old company! Then yesterday my garbage wasn’t picked up!!! I called Arrow this morning to question the problem!! Fortunately… I spoke with Armonesha and explained my dilemma. She was very attentive to my concerns and informed me that she’d convey my situation to management, and get back with me. A few hours later she called informing me that I was correct and my next payment would be in May and they’d come pick up my garbage the next day!! Hallelujah!! I asked her a few other questions concerning the payment process in the future and she answered them all. It’s just sooo refreshing that Arrow has an employee like Armonesha working for them! She listened carefully to all my concerns, answered all my questions and was so kind then acted on it immediately!! Doesn’t get better than that🌷🌷🌷

I appreciate using Arrow Waste as my first investment property experience. But who really made the expense a star 5 is my representative Brett who walked me through the process step-by-step, which is very helpful, especially when it’s your first time The staff, Was also very helpful from the person who answers the phone all the way to the person who communicates with you to tell you your Final weight I enjoyed this experience and although I filled up my container the first day and a half I will be using them again for another container within a couple of weeks Thank you Arrow Waste and thank you especially Brett, for a company with amazing service!

I spoke with Holly when I called to check on my pick up. She was courteous, efficient and delightful to speak with. This company is top notch in my opinion. I switched because of their representive that came to my door. He's professionalism and being up front sold me and within a month I had new service. They did everything to make it a simple switch. And it worked.

Arrow is great if you don't ever have any trouble. If you need their customer service, you will take a little trip through hell. They do not call back if you leave a message. If you email them (the only other way to contact them), you may get a response but it will likely disappoint you. If they skip your house, they'll send a truck out the next week, normally 1 day before your regular pick up. I fired them just after paying for the next 3 months. They will not refund any of my money. They don't mind not picking up my trash and then keeping my money without providing any service. After I fired them, they first offered 3 months free service and then 6 months of free service. Why would I want to continue the headache of being skipped once a month for the next 6 months? These large conglomerates don't care about their customers. They only care about their bottom line. Because I'd complain each time they skipped my house, I'm sure they're happy to see me go. I found Southeastern Waste, a privately owned company that genuinely cares about providing me with the best service possible. I suggest you do the same.
