“Thier price is better than some other services, and now I know why. This is the third time within 8 months that they completely bypassed my garbage and didn't pick it up. We always make sure we have it to the curb the night before. Then I have to call and have them make a special trip to get mine. They pick up all my neighbors that have their services but bypass me. Why? This last time I was upstairs getting ready for work at 4:30 in the morning and heard the truck looked out the window and saw them bypass my house and stop at my neighbors. We called AGAIN and they said they would send somebody out. That was 2 days ago. Nobody ever came. Our garbage is full and now we have no way to get rid of our garbage for another week? By the way it's Christmas eve and we're going to have a lot more garbage over the next few days. What are we supposed to do?”
