“Started service with them January 13th. Today is February 27th. I have not received my trash can despite being on the phone with customer service (who do the absolute most to rush you off the phone). I just learned, in my now seemingly weekly phone call with them, that my request for a refund for the month of not having the trash can that was going to have to be “reviewed and investigated” with the insistence and assurance that I would be contacted when completed… well there was no record of that when I called today. So essentially, these people have taken my money and given me nothing.”

Thank you for having skilled Staff, that understands the essence of "Customer Service", as it is becoming a Rare Commodity these days. “This is the third time my trash bin has been dropped, and on the first day, it was even crushed. It’s frustrating to see this happen repeatedly. It feels like the drivers are rushing, and in the process, property is getting damaged. I would appreciate more care when handling bins to avoid further damage. I understand that waste collection is a demanding, time-sensitive job, and we appreciate the hard work you put in. However, residents are concerned about recurring damage to their bins. Please make an effort to handle the bins more carefully — even when working quickly, ensuring bins are set back upright and undamaged goes a long way in maintaining trust and respect in the community. Safety and efficiency can go hand in hand with a little extra attention to detail.”
“As consistently have issues with them not picking up our trash or taking our trash bins. Even when we complained they still took the wrong bins again. We have to constantly keep calling and if this what we paying for i rather not l have the horrible service.”

Waste connections, 1st originated from IESI til 2011, then Progressive waste solutions then in 2018 Waste connections took over and has been servicing the City Of Mckinney for nearly 30 years! I want to thank all the McKinney drivers like Mr.Andy In 51, Mr.Carlos in 35, Mr.Matt In 350011 and Mr. Roberto In 442 and the few other drivers for always being awesome, friendly and always on time 24/7. Y’all have the most entertaining and best fleet of trucks, and cart variety. I’ve always been a fan with trucks ever since I was a little kid. The best trucks were the MR labries back In the Iesi Days. Big shoutout to Waste connections of McKinney!”
