“Justin came over this afternoon to fix a leaky, runny toilet after another repairman came last month to fix the same issue, but the same problem came back a few weeks later. Justin was really quick and efficient and we started chatting about sports for a little while, too, which was fun. It appears that the problem should be fixed for good, so keeping my fingers crossed. So Justin was great, but I also have to let you know that Beth who answered my original call was also excellent. She was communicative, helpful and here is the greatest thing you can say about a company, had great ethics. Because I paid for the 1st visit and apparently, it didn't fix the problem, I was worried that I would have a another bill to have it fixed properly the 2nd time. But they came from Sparks to IV, fixed the issue and had no additional charges for the service today. That speaks loudly to me about this company since I have certainly dealt with companies that make you fight for something that you shouldn't have to fight for and I am guessing that most of you have encountered that as well. This company has earned the right to be my go-to company for any and all plumbing and I have used them several times already over the last 3 years and appreciated all of their employees.”

This required that the water supply be turned off for the entire building so timing was very important as we only had a 2-hour repair window. Giovanni, the assigned technician, arrived on time, acquired the necessary repair parts and completed the repair quickly and efficiently. Great job under a tight time frame.”
