“Great customer service! Mike was proactive and texted me updates as to when the dumpster would be delivered. It was delivered clean and he took the time to ask where we wanted it placed. Next, he picked it up as promised along with sending me pictures to confirm it had been picked up since I was not at home. He even took the time to close my gate when he finished! “We are return customers for a dumpster. We negotiated the price, time period, etc as EC went up $150 from the first rental. On Monday, we scheduled a delivery for Friday. On Thursday, I contacted EC to determine a delivery time. He told me he couldn’t tell me a time, but he would call an hour before delivery. He called about 3:30 Friday afternoon complaining about how much the previous dumpster weighed, said we loaded it with the wrong machine (a tractor bucket), and that he lost money the last time but didn’t contact us to let us know it was overweight because he waited a week to take it in. He left us hanging, with workers scheduled, on Friday afternoon, and wouldn’t deliver if we wouldn’t load with a certain machine.”
