“HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! Lisa the office personnel was not upfront about the dumpster cost, past initial $300 dollar delivery. She told me they would dump when I needed it dumped. Yes they did dump....but we're not very prompt. They wasted my time for 2 days. Then they charged me the cost of a new dumpster everytime they dumped it, without my knowledge. I rented on the 19th, advised them on the 3rd day we were finished which was the 21st of August we are still awaiting pick up of the dumpster. I spoke to Lisa, Julie and Nick and they all stated it would be picked up ASAP. The company where it's at is complaing. It is keeping them from doing business. They are not my employer and had nothing to do with rental. It's in their way of their customers.Metro gave me No paperwork or anything explaining charges. I had to give one star in order to post this.”
