“I'm secretary/treasurer for the Houston Professional Musicians' Association (the musicians' union!) so I'm very, very careful to make sure that I'm using the money of this local wisely. We left our last provider when pricing doubled on an unlockable, old dumpster. But WOW are we ever glad we found Frontier Waste!! We got a shiny new LOCKING dumpster (very handy) and while it took just a bit to get settled into the pickup schedule (I expect that any time you have new service!) I can honestly say that every single person I've worked with-- from sales, to customer service, to the service manager scheduling the drivers-- THEY ARE FANTASTIC!!! I would recommend them to anybody. Reasonably priced, attentive to your needs, and always willing to help you. THANK YOU, Frontier Waste. I can see why this company is growing! They're GREAT. And the price was lower than the old company's old unlockable unit! YAY! I'm so glad we switched to Frontier Waste!”

“I had a concern regarding my trash not being picked up. And of all weeks this was the time I could not skip a pick up. I was sure I put my trash out on time and my neighbors had gotten theirs but not me. I spoke with Myra and she assured me someone would be out to recover it. I’m not sure how she managed but sure enough. I stepped out and ran some errands and it was picked up by the time I was back home. Thank you kind lady for helping me out.”
